Active load 1500W - Heat dissipation via resistance

This system allows for studies on 1500W rotating machines (AC or DC).
It consists of a control box for tabletop use and a Schneider brushless motor for integration into a test bench.
The motor applies a resistive torque controlled directly by the potentiometer on the front panel of the control box.
The energy generated by braking is dissipated by a braking resistor.
It simulates a load on the motor under study by applying the profile of a pre-configured industrial application via the screen.
This makes it possible to study applications simulating, for example, a lifting winch, a conveyor, a mixer, a ventilation system, a pumping station, etc.
