IoT monitoring study case

This educational model facilitates the discovery and understanding of IoT monitoring.
It enables the acquisition and display of data on a customizable dashboard, allowing remote monitoring of an installation's performance via a web page.
The model is fully aligned with an Industry 4.0 approach by integrating interconnectivity, information transparency, and digital technical support.

The system includes a gateway, several input/output modules, and various sensors, buttons, and actuators to simulate the operation of two case studies:

- Simulation of machine/industrial process monitoring with performance indicators evaluated in working hours, cycle counts, and power consumption. This data enables preventive maintenance planning.
- Simulation of monitoring a commercial space, with alarm monitoring, sensor status tracking, process management (heating/ventilation), and power consumption optimization.

The included free UWP IDE software (available in French, Windows® only) allows you to configure the gateway via an Ethernet connection (cable supplied).
It allows you to configure data retrieval from various devices and design the monitoring dashboard.
Component identification information and other technical specifications are silkscreened on the sides. Wiring is done with jumper wires on 4mm terminals (cables supplied
